-We deliver with NACEX in Spain and UE. Delivery time in Spain is up to 24-48 hours (Canarias and Baleares could take more time). Delivery times in Europe are from 3 to 7 working days depends on the item.
-We also deliver worldwide with DHL Express International (including EU countries). Delivery times are from 2 to 5 works days.
-Shipments are made on work days.
-UK CUSTOMERS ADVICE: Due to Brexit, customers from the UK now will have to pay a tax in order to collect their product. This is a fee of the UK government. The price that is in our website, does not include the VAT.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO US. IF, HOWEVER, THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU HAVE A 15-BUSINESS-DAY WINDOW FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT TO INITIATE A RETURN.
