Shipping & Returns

Most of our pieces are made at the time the order is received. We will notify you via email when your purchase is ready and on its way. Keep in mind that we are a small brand located in Madrid and managed by few people. Please be patient if your order takes a few days to be processed.

 

-We deliver with NACEX in Spain and UE. Delivery time in Spain is up to 24-48 hours (Canarias and Baleares could take more time). Delivery times in Europe are from 3 to 7 working days depends on the item.

 

-We also deliver worldwide with DHL Express International (including EU countries). Delivery times are from 2 to 5 works days.

 

-Shipments are made on work days.

 

-UK CUSTOMERS ADVICE: Due to Brexit, customers from the UK now will have to pay a tax in order to collect their product. This is a fee of the UK government. The price that is in our website, does not include the VAT. https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad. We are very sorry for the inconvenience it might cause.

 

-All prices shown at GRECHO website includes VAT.

-The shipping price does not include customs duties or charges. The brand will not be responsible for these expenses.

RETURNS:

EACH PRODUCT IS METICULOUSLY CRAFTED IN OUR WORKSHOP IN MADRID. OUR HANDMADE PIECES ARE CREATED WITH CARE AND DEDICATION, ENSURING A UNIQUE AND PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE FOR EACH CUSTOMER. DUE TO THE CUSTOMIZED NATURE OF OUR CREATIONS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO US. IF, HOWEVER, THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU HAVE A 15-BUSINESS-DAY WINDOW FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT TO INITIATE A RETURN. ONCE WE RECEIVE THE RETURNED PIECE AND VERIFY ITS PERFECT CONDITION, WE WILL ISSUE A VOUCHER FOR THE FULL PRODUCT PRICE, VALID FOR ONE YEAR.
